Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REI Spark platform, including the Link Marketplace, wallet system, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Realty Helpers LLC d/b/a REI Spark ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

REI Spark provides a self-serve link marketplace where users may browse publisher websites, deposit funds into a wallet, and place orders for guest posts, link insertions, and related link-building placements. Link placements are fulfilled through our third-party vendor network. We act as an intermediary and do not own or operate the publisher sites.

2. Wallet Deposits & Payments

Payments on the REI Spark platform are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By making a deposit, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount selected. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

• Non-refundable. All wallet deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise determined by us at our sole discretion.
• Order charges. When you place an order, the applicable amount is deducted from your wallet balance. Order placements are non-refundable once submitted to our publisher network.
• Stripe terms. Your use of Stripe's payment services is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement. We are not responsible for any fees, errors, or issues arising from Stripe's payment processing.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the Services.

3. Link Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through the marketplace are transmitted to third-party publishers. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the publisher network and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to facilitate order completion but are not liable for publisher delays, rejections, or changes in site availability.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content submitted for guest posts complies with applicable laws and does not contain spam, prohibited categories (as listed per publisher), or content that violates third-party rights.

4. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access the marketplace. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share access or use the Services on behalf of others without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Place orders for illegal, defamatory, or deceptive content
• Attempt to circumvent publisher guidelines or our pricing
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Resell access to the platform without our written consent

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or traffic increases from any link placements. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realty Helpers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
