These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REI Spark website and our SEO and website development services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Realty Helpers LLC d/b/a REI Spark ("we", "us", or "our"). REI Spark provides done-for-you search engine optimization and website development services for real estate investors. The specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written service agreement or proposal provided when you engage us. This website and any application form are informational and do not, by themselves, create a binding agreement to perform work.

2. Applications & Engagement

You may apply to work with us through this website. We review applications and respond, typically within one business day. Availability statements such as "one investor per market" are indications of intent, not guarantees, and become binding only once confirmed in a written service agreement. Any engagement, including payment terms, is governed by that agreement.

3. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive information through our forms
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the website
• Use the website to infringe the rights of any third party
• Misrepresent your identity or authority when contacting us

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of this website are owned by Realty Helpers LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of any deliverables we produce for you — including website code and content — is addressed in your service agreement. Our standard practice is that you own the website and code we build for you.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or traffic increases. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine behavior and market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realty Helpers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
